Delivery Charges
- Domestic Orders: A flat delivery charge of PKR 250 for nationwide delivery.
- International Orders: Charges vary by country. Please contact us for specific rates.
Delivery Time
- Domestic Orders: Delivery time is typically 3 to 5 working days within Pakistan.
- International Orders: Delivery time is generally 10 to 15 working days.
Free Shipping
- Enjoy free nationwide delivery on orders over PKR 2999.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location. Please note that we do not offer free shipping for international orders.
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel or change their orders within 2 hours of submission. After this period, we will not entertain any cancellations or changes. All orders must be received as placed.
